Delete your account and your data

Gramly (by Krew Designs) lets you delete your account and all your data at any time, whether or not you have the app installed.

How to request deletion

Option 1 — From the app (instant):

Open Gramly → Profile → "Delete my account". Deletion is instant.

Option 2 — Without the app installed:

Email us at krewdesigns.app@gmail.com with the subject "Delete Gramly account", including the Google email you used with the app. We'll confirm your identity and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile (name, birth date, sex, height, weight, country, goals)
Your meal, water and weight history
Your favorite meals and their photos
Your profile photo
Your streak and achievements

Everything is deleted permanently and irreversibly, both from your device and from our servers. There is no way to recover it afterwards.

Important: your subscription

⚠️ Deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play subscription

If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately from the Play Store (Account → Subscriptions → Gramly → Cancel) to stop being charged — Gramly cannot cancel it on your behalf. If you need help, email us at krewdesigns.app@gmail.com.
